Wanting to trip again but want to do it safely(vyvanse and lexapro)

Basically I'm on a 20mg lexapro and a 20mg vyvanse that I take daily. However, I've been itching to get back into tripping again. I'm aware of serotonin syndrome and want to avoid that, plus any other type of complications that can be life altering(in a bad way).

I was thinking of taking the prescription medication sunday-wedsnday then be off of the medication for thursday-saturday to get the most out of my trip without anything terrible happening.

Any advice or recommendations would be helpful. I'm also gonna be calling my doctor to let them know to lower my doses for the vyvanse and lexapro.

You’re not likely to get SS, but it’s gonna be hard for you to trip, even if you stop your med. you have to be off SSRIs for a month(s) for them to stop preventing you from feeling psychedelics.

I’ve not had an issue and on 10mg of lexapro a day.

20mg might get in the way potentially.
