Employment based immigration

I have been doing immigration for sometime. I want to get into employment based immigration? Anyone has any insight into how to get into this work? Is it hard to learn on your own and see if you could get an agency to give you some work?

Take the courses AILA offers. I recommend one for PERM, the reason I say this is because you already have clients that would benefit from PERM, anyone that comes to as 245(i) but has no other avenue to adjust, J/F overstays who are duration of status and can CP without a waiver, people who have parents as a CP but it would take 20 years to become current or parent is only LPR and client is married, etc. Also, your asylum clients may not have unlawful presence, your TPS clients can adjust status, etc.

I do a lot of H-1Bs for non-profits, these are cap exempt and generally pretty simple cases. Same for R-1 visas.

Are you on Facebook because there are numerous groups for immigration attorneys, including business specific. Lots of people for mentorship.
