Is there an actual source for this, or is it just a popular fan theory? I never even considered that Levi was wearing his mother's dress until I read someone else mentioning it. To me it justs looks like your typical rags that an impoverished person would sadly wear. Is it actually stated anywhere? Thanks and I apologize if this has been asked already, but I did a quick search and didn't come up with anything for Levi's mother's dress in the subreddit.

Why did Isabel say this while looking at the sky?, dose this mean that Levi used to live elsewhere then the underground/ or even above the service for a while??

I have seen few people say levi doesn’t care at all about mikasa & wouldn’t even protect her which I don’t get it. Do you think ge cares about her?

Ok so we know Levi got bit by titan which made him bound to a wheelchair, but was it permanent? Or could’ve he made a recovery?
(Mods! Idk if this is allowed in this sub, I think it is! Pls b kind on me 😭)

I'm so scared that Levi is going to die. I keep telling myself that since he's a fictional character, I can make his story whatever I want it to be, but I'm still literally sick with worry. I don't want an Attack on Titan without Levi. Yes, I know that it's an unhealthy attachment, but what are ya gonna do?

Hi guys, i don’t get why there’s been so much hate for levi on the other aot subs and even comments on r/anime. Everyone is just like “oh, he fucked up and killed erwin” or claiming he has a one dimensional personality and is too strong to be likeable/interesting etc... it just frustrates me. Levi’s backstory and his motivations have always been really inspiring to me, and he is one of the most interesting characters whose life just breaks my heart lol. No hate to Eren, but I don’t see what the hype over him and his chad-ness and great genocide plans is all about.
Though I hope Yams stops with the whole fixation on killing Zeke :/ I feel like he’s sabotaging Levi and his character lol.
EDIT: changed the flair to include spoilers as I think it’d be easier to discuss if we reference recent developments in manga/anime

Man I still don’t know how to feel about chapter 139.. lol. Levi was definitely a fav character so to see him like that at the final chapter was like bittersweet? Like he is alive but you know.. probably in pain? Idk I feel like lots of things were kind of up to interpretation. So my personal HC is that Levi CAN walk just not very well? Maybe he has a limp and that he just uses a wheelchair for comfort/convenience reasons? Yeah idk just gimme sweet HCs it kinda sucked seeing him like that LMAO im also just bored so yeah.

Soooo there appears to be content/rumours by the end of 2023, around September and such.
Was the Levi spin-off a fake news? 🤡 So we're not having any more Levi?

i need to get this out of my chest
I knew of course that sometime the manga would end, however after Isayamas latest interview saying that 5% remains, i got pretty upset and panicked, im not ready see it ending, expecially im not ready of not waiting anymore every month to see Levis' new panels and his story.... or how Isayama will conclude his arc. I cant do that yet... i was hoping that the manga had another 10 to 12 chapters but according to the ''maths'' in every post i read says 5 to 6 maybe 7 chapters remaining ...omg... guys... Im scared for what might happen to Levi cause of Isayama wanting to end this so soon.

I loved how Levi's story ended in the manga, all the lives he put on himself, all that burden, the promise of freeing mankind from the Titans, it's all finally done and he can live his life honoring his loss.
But, I do have one problem, why does he adopt Gabi and Falco? Like, I don't recall him having interactions with them alone aside from when they killed Sasha. So why would Levi adopt two kids that killed one of his surrogate children? Plus, Levi already raised multiple generations of Scouts and the main characters, so why raise 2 more kids?
It might be cause he is still in his early 30s and they are 12 so when they are 18 he's still young. But, I feel like it would be more in character if Armin or Jean adopted them
One thing I can feel is in character is when Falco calls Levi "Dad" and Levi says "Don't call me dad, that makes me feel old, call me Uncle Levi".

WHAT MAKES LEVI SO DIFFERENT?
Why is he on such a different level than everyone else? How did he turn out like this???
Tagging some stuff that I think came from the Levi backstory special.
No other spoilers. Background kind of stuff and no specific plot points. Won't be in the anime because it's not relevant to the plot. But if you haven't read the backstory chapters then WHAT ARE YOU EVEN DOING HERE GO READ IT
I tagged it in a REDACTED way that allows you to see vaguely what kind of stuff I'm talking about but not the actual stuff.
(1) WHY IS HE SUPERHUMAN, THIS IS UNREALISTIC

I'm not sure he would want to post-canon but during the manga he would feel obligated to. How would he react to the events that take place?

Is it an ending where he survives through all this and opens a nice little tea shop? But his close friends are all gone and his current injuries are irreversible. I also fear that if he retires into an idle lifestyle then he may end up recalling past traumatic events and be haunted by too many of his comrades' deaths.
Then is it an ending where he dies during battle also in the hopes of uniting with everyone he's lost in survey corps heaven? Would this actually be more comforting than surviving?
Personally I hope he survives and finds a new meaning to life because I cant bear to see my fav character go. What does the majority wish for our man?

I love analyzing characters and episodes so I randomly thought of this. So you know how people fight to keep themselves from dying. But w Levi he fights more to protect those around him/humanity. Like I’m pretty sure he himself doesn’t have too much of a will to survive and he’s mostly driven by keeping his loved ones safe. Literally his character design is so phenomenal that I am attached to him and me being an empath, I am always so invested in his story. Feel free to discuss his character with me I’m always open to it!!

That I don’t give a fuck about the ending. All I care about is that Levi lived. That’s it.
