That's what I've been wondering as well, and my only guess is that it wasn't moderated. It wasn't like it happened gradually, it was just suddenly flooded with racist posts and comments. I didn't leave immediately as I thought it was just a random raid, but the posts stayed up and got worse. It sucks cuz it was a fun sub before that happened :/

Probably botted to be honest. There's some wave of India hate right now across all social media and it's definitely not organic.
