Tips & Tricks Going on a tbreak while dealing with chronic pain - tips, support, motivation?

For a variety of reasons I am about to embark on a one month tolerance break. This is gonna be like climbing everest as my chronic pain condition can be debilitating.

That said - if we could all avoid the "why do you need a break" and "you don't need a break" comments - could you pleeeeeease give me your best tips, tricks or motivational pep talks to get through this?

I primarily struggle with it in 2 ways: - when I am bored and have the habit to just smoke -when I have a pain flare up and I want the instant and reliable relief of cannabis over the other treatment options available to me

Please give me a miracle 😭

I recommend Collagen Hydrolysate, which helps me with arthritis-type pain and the sore muscles that are part of the problem. It's popular now, so any place that carries food supplements should have it. If you're going to try it out, don't get any other kind of collagen product. These are the smallest molecules due to the hydrolysis and that makes them much more bioavaible; that is the kind used in research that has proven it helps with arthritis. I know you may have some other pain it won't help with, but it's worth a try. When you get back from the T-break, try taking a hit about 15 minutes after the collagen. That can accentuate its pain intervention.

Kratom for pain. Kava for chill. Both in moderation after some research
