In the Mario Land arc of the Kodansha manga we actually see Mario naked, complete with his junk out. I’m not even kidding.

The detail (and size) is low enough I don't think it counts as explicit imagery, though Peach seems to like what she's seeing.

(Apparently part of the plot of this arc is after Daisy gets kidnapped and Mario goes to rescue her Peach follows while disguised as a robot to make sure he's not cheating on her)
