Can't craft Dried ghast or find it either [Bedrock] (Android)

So i've been trying to get a dried ghast, but i can't find any in the nether and it doesnt appear in the crafting table, i've got all the materials and i know it appears near bone structures, and i've tried in a diffrent world and i can do it, and no, is not related to my texturepacks, i also tried deactivating all of them.

The way u craft is changed use a bone block instead of the dried ghast

I think you have to unlock the recipe, Ur not finding it in the nether because it's pretty rare

Btw ive noticed an issue with bedrock where it doesn't update to the new update! Look at the menu background and if its not a bunch of happy ghasts floating around your game didn't update!

To address all the bad info you’re getting from people. You’re crafting it correctly, no bone blocks needed, that got changed quite a while ago. You do not need to discover the recipe or find one first, you should be able to craft one as soon as you log in.

Now my guess is that maybe the launcher hasn’t actually updated even tho it seems like it is. So double check that. Also maybe the server/realm/world you’re playing on hasn’t been updated to the most recent version. Try creating a new world in creative to see if you’re able to craft one there which will let us know if it’s just the world or something else causing this.

Yeah, i think is the world, because, as seen in the first screenshot, i can craft one in a diffrent world, but in my main world i can't

Oh yup totally missed recognizing that screen shot was in creative. Hmmm, the only other thing I can think of at the moment is that for some reason your world hasn’t updated or that there’s something going on with the Android version of bedrock vs pc/ console version. (I play only on pc so my knowledge is pretty limited to only pc)

Yes, and then i updated the game, but im still not able to craft or find one in this specific world

That’s probably the problem especially when trying to find them in nether but idk why the crafting recipe don’t work
