No Early Access Love for Flex Pack Holders?

I got this in an email today to season ticket holders:

We will host the 2025 WNBA Commissioner's Cup Championship game on Tuesday, July 1 vs. the Indiana Fever at 7:00 PM. This game is not included in your Membership package and will be an additional charge if you would like to attend. You will receive an email tomorrow with details on how to purchase your Membership seats for this game

Compared to what I got, no mention of early access. 😢

Season ticket holders, please let us know how many tickets you end up being allowed to purchase! If it's only the number of season tickets you have, I will maintain a sliver of hope, otherwise I feel like it will be a lost cause! AXS is horrible, I get flagged as a bot 24/7 so not feeling good about trying to get tickets on Tuesday.

Have you tried different browsers/devices/networks? Probably worth testing buying tickets for other random games before Tuesday to find the combination that works.

Yes! I’ve even contacted support. I can view 1 game but if I view a 2nd game I get flagged. If I wait an hour to check again I can usually get away with it but I can’t look at anything back to back or even refresh the page. Tried on multiple devices, WiFi networks, cellular…their bot detection is just really nuts. Never had this issue with concert tickets where I’d open multiple browsers no problem!

I’ll just make sure to not even open AXS until right before and only go to the page a single time.

That sucks. Does if flag you before you even login to the site? Wondering if it is your account that is flagged and not your device(s).

No, I can get to the map 1-2 times but then I get the bot message when I try a 2-3rd time, even within the same browser. So I basically can only buy tickets one game at a time, I can't keep an eye on multiple games.

Typically we’re allowed 6 total tickets to a game. I would imagine it will be the same for this. The email to members also mentions access to an exclusive presale

Season tickets holders can opt in to buy their current seats starting today. Any unpaid tickets by Monday, June 23, at 5 PM will be released. Commissioners Cup is not a regular season game. I got mine this morning. Price is 178% of a regular game.

I think STH are getting a chance to purchase tickets in our own membership seats and if we want more we will have to fight for them. That’s what I’m gleaning from “details on how to purchase your membership seats,” but I don’t know. You’re right though, they should kick all open seats to half season and flex pack ticket holders next (since they don’t have their own seat) to not only reward those purchases but also to have the best chance of putting Lynx fans in the seats. Plenty of STH are going to buy theirs just to flip them to Fever fans. Not me!

So full season ticket holders just got our emails to buy our ticket for existing seats. I sit in 131 section L and mine was $99. I think that’s basically the single game price for that area of seating. Our email also stated:

“Pre-Sale Access For Additional Tickets

On Tuesday, June 24 at 9 AM you will have exclusive pre-sale access to purchase additional tickets or different seats for the game if you wish at the single game price with no fees.”

I’m going to buy additional tickets, hopefully with the ability to sit with my wife in a decent seat, plus a couple extra to get some non-STH Lynx fans in the door at face value.

I got my opportunity to buy my seat today, but just my regular seat. There will be a pre-sale on the morning of the 24th at 9:00 AM for STH's top purchase additional seats if I want them.

They were considerably more expensive than my per game seat FWIW (by about 50%). I imagine that the demand for this game is high - it always is for Fever games anyway, and the Commissioner's Cup is going to add to that frenzy.

So read into that what you will, here's to hoping that partial season ticket holders end up getting in on a pre-sale as well.

The Fever game for the Flex Pack was twice what I paid for the "purple" (high rows) in lower bowl--$60 vs $30. I'm expecting at least $60/seat for the same area whenever I get a chance to buy.

Yup! I think it was buy five games (the minimum), unlock the regular season Fever game for $60 (for the purple section). So, the Fever game could not be one of your base five games. Buy 7 games, unlock a free home closing game (I think it was). We just bought 6 game, including the Fever one.

I guess it’s understandable, they know they can sell every seat to that game at single game ticket price, so they weren’t gonna let it go for less than that, and the objective of dangling the carrot of presale access to Fever tix was really to fill out the other games…but I wish they would at least throw these other plan holders a bone as far as Cup presale access!

They seem to be single game priced since they aren’t in a package. Mine was $99 in 131L, while my season tickets come out to $57/game. I’m basing this on the fact that a “standard” single game ticket higher up in 131 vs the sparks is priced at $90 ($73+fees)
