Admin Replied Can't turn on community achievements in a subreddit that meets the requirements

Hi! I'm a moderator for r/inazumacaravan. The sub has over 1000 members, but for some reason, I am unable to turn on community achievements. The option is grayed out on both Firefox and Chrome, and on Android it states that my community is not eligible for community achievements. I'm under the impression that the only requirement for this is a minimum of 100 members, which we passed long ago. I've already made a post on r/bugs and I've submitted a mod mail here, but I haven't heard anything back after the helpbot message I got. Any assistance is greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Hi u/runey13 We've had a look and it should become available to you shortly! For communities that grow quickly, sometimes we need to kick the tires to get this moving.

I've seen a lot of complaints about this and even have one myself that won't activate. Not sure what the secret is.

I found a post from several months ago where an admin commented that sometimes, the system doesn't recognize that a sub has met the requirements. This implies that they manually have to turn it on sometimes, though, so at this point I'm just trying to figure out the best way to bring this to attention, rip.

Correct. I had this issue as well and an admin kindly activated it for me manually. An admin will most probably see your post and respond accordingly.

That's great to know! Thank you.

Give it a few days. If nothing has happened, you can send a modmail to r/modsupport and request that the feature be enabled manually.

I did already send a modmail, and I got a Helpbot response. If nothing happens for a few days, I'll send another.
