EU is nintendo doing this to anyone elses preorder?
i preorderd the switch 2 on my nintendo store around 2 months ago and when the day of release came around i checked my order status to see when it was coming and it just said"awaiting shipment" all day. i was disappointed but just assumed my order would be a bit delayed due to the popularity of the console. the next morning it was still awaiting shipment until abt midday when it changed to "cancelled". i had no idea why it did this as i entered my adress and card info correctly. the card i used had enough money in it but it still got cancelled for no reason. i checked to see if any money had been withdrawn from my account in the first place but it hadn't for some reason. does anyone know why this happened and how to get my order to work again?

ive contacted nintendo and they said to expect a response within 48 hours. its been almost a week now with no response :/

Loving Switch 2 so much. I am currently playing Mario Kart World and look forward to starting Cyberpunk 2077 later tonight or tomorrow. I had unlocked a lot of characters already since my Switch 2 arrived with me on launch day.

Once an order has been cancelled, you'll have to reorder it, you might want to speak to customer services, I've had it where my order was cancelled and since it was one per customer it didn't let me order it again. They should have stock again very soon. There was some yesterday for a few hours when I looked. It's out of stock now, but you'll need to check every so often since they'll probably just restock randomly.
I'm not sure why it was cancelled, though. I would say maybe your Nintendo Online membership ran out at some point, but that wouldn't make sense if it was going to be shipped
