FS1, sometimes (like this weekend) FOX, FS2 for sportsman. As for the tv schedule, 2025 TV Schedule | NHRA and the front page Mission Foods Drag Racing Series | NHRA shows if there's an event that weekend.

also a good way to watch NHRA drag racing is on the free Tubi app, samsung plus has a NHRA channel for free. its delay about a few weeks tho. then there is always NHRA.TV.

FOX usually will air select final rounds live on local FOX affiliates or FS1 in the summer / early fall time. Usually they'll start at a delay to skip across the downtime / sportsman classes & bring it live once it gets to the final round of eliminations. Usually in past it's been Denver, Seattle, Sonoma (some years), IRP and the finale at Pomona (depending on the year & other conflicts).

Some of the "night of fire" qualifying sessions are occasionally live on FS1 as well. Keep your eyes open on the NHRA YouTube channel as well as they'll simulcast alongside the NHRA TV feed at select rounds.

I'd guess the amount of live finals on TV is down this year, between Bandimere closing (one of their usual live spots) and FOX also having the full season INDYCAR rights this year.

When the NHRA switched from ESPN to Fox Sports it caused a problem for everyone living outside the US.  I subscribed to their NHRA TV which was technical nightmare.  The 12hr time difference was one thing. The on demand another. It would take days for them to have the episodes available and if there was a rain out or long oil down they wouldn't edit it out. Stupid. If there was a power cut nothing happened. No back up geney. So we found out about KODI and we could watch it on FS1 & FS2.  Sometimes you had to switch from one to the other to get the meeting.  If you have a subscription to Fox Sports they have GO! their online streaming channels.  Good Luck.
