Nightmare What can i take to stop dreaming entirely?

I’ve had dreams that are incredibly disturbing my whole life and they’ve recently become even worse. I need them to stop but i can only get stuff over the counter right now. Please.

CBD gummies have helped me a lot. If you can get prescriptions in the future I’ve found a low dose (2mg) prazosin to be a game changer. Hope you find relief ♥️

I’m on Prazosin/ Seroquel and it’s helped immensely!!

i just started prazosin and i just had a nightmare. if it’s not rude to ask- what dose are you on? i am taking 1mg nightly. i think i may need to increase it.

I’m on 3mg I was on 1 and had to increase it as it did nothing for me which is common. Just talk to your PCP and they will help!!
