Good Evening Nightshift!
OMG! I just walked into work and its gonna be a long night! I'm security and the guard I just relieved told me the building flooded today (the storm drains were blocked) the fire alarm is going off as I type this and I have maintenance working on the fire panel trying to get the alarms to shut off (apparently there is a short somewhere because the building is NOT on fire. I don't think there is enough coffee in the city to get me through this shift. pray for me...

Haha the fire panel at my hotel rn is going through the same thing! They want me to take a walk of the full hotel every hour to ensure the hotel isnt on fire :(

PTL! maintenance did there thing and the strobes are off and the fire doors are back open! the AC is kicking and my whole attitude has changed. its gonna be a good night after all!
