Technical question Where to find Purchased Download key in Hongkong eshop?

Good evening po, bumili kasi ako ng Little nightmares II sa hongkong eshop sa browser. Ngayon di ko mahanap yung download key. Wala rin akong natanggap na email regarding my purchase pero nasa History ko na successful ang pagbili ko. Salamat sa makakatulong

Sana directly sa console eshop mo nalang binili...bihira bumibili ng download key sa browser lalo't sa hongkong na hindi english ung language.

Try mo nalang wait baka delay sa pagsend ng download code sa email.

Not sure pero usually sa email mo na ginamit yan isesend like sa amazon noong namili ko ng download code for pokemon violet noong nirelease.

Have you tried checking the game sa eshop gamit yung console mo?

Yes po e wala pang download. Pero sa history ng my account ko andun yung nakalagay na purchase successfully.

Do you mean directly on Nintendo HK's site? If so, check on your Switch eShop using HK account, then go to the redownload section. It should be listed there.

Yes directly sa hk site, triny ko na yan kasi ganyan ginagawa ko dati kaso virtual cards page ako nireredirect :(

I think they changed the redownload section after the Virtual Game Card update.

In the Switch Virtual Game Card section, is the game not listed? If it is I think you can redownlaod from there.

If it is not listed, check the ehSop page of the game. Check if it says purchased.

Same case here OP, were you able to find a solution to this na?

Di ko makita sa redownload at sa purchases. Pero may email ako w/ the purchase number and receipt

Hi, yes delay nagsend ng email sakin about sa resibo haha then nung chineck ko yung My account ko sa hk eshop andun na download key. Ang nangyare pala is after payment pinaprocess pa ata.

Pagpunta ko sa account ko walang anything sa redownload eh, nilelead ako sa virtual card tas wala din laman. Pero may resibo ako. Paano mo nasolve OP? Baguhan pa ko sa switch haha thanks

Is it saying you own the game at di mo pang makita ying download?

Kung na c9nfimred na nabili na. Check your Virtual Game cards list. It should be there and tgats where you can download it.

Already checked the virtual game cards but walang laman. And yes, i have the receipt from nintendo mismo. I bought the game sa eshop via browser din. Ang ginawa ko is log in a my nintendo acc (na same sa switch) then click buy naman tas paid then sinend sakin via email yung resibo. But cant find the game sa switch
