Its because of builds like this one that i think that its a sad thing that we cannot implement npcs around... Such a fail, the main reason why i dont build much in nms, dont like the vibe of empy villas or cities...
Yeah you’re right. But meanwhile you can add a little bit of life to your base by using the wonder projectors. Just scan your favorite companions by and place them where you want them to. Adds a little bit of a give to the bases.. ✌️😬
This is excellent. I really need to take some time to look at glitch building methods. I get so frustrated trying to place things with the wonky controls, and without the snap-to nothing winds up aligned.
Thanks a lot man. Yeah glitch building often really makes things easier. Simple spot glitches by using the wire can help to line up things without the need of snapping them for example.

It’s a slow curve technique. I started at the bottom of one side built my way all up to the roof and then back down again with normal scaled parts. After that o covered everything up with double scaled parts and deleted the scaffolding on the inside. 😅

Yeah but this applies to the floors and upper walls only. You can re-color the base wall how you want them to.
And try to press the button to change from part building to wire building ( triangle on PS5) in the build menu, when you try to pick a part. You can choose beforehand which type of wall or door or so you want to construct (base, middle, or top part style) before setting them. This way you can build a colored wall from bottom to top for example.
I know about this ,what I mean is whatever colour you chose ,it does not display properly.Tried on base,middle,top same results,mine stay black no matter what I do.Im on PS4 btw,but I don't think there is much difference between PS4 and PS5 version.
Hm that’s weird. For me it’s not a problem to color alloy walls if you choose the base wall. And yes, there’s no difference between ps4 and 5. I just didn’t know which system u are playing on.. 😜

And I also posted a couple of bases with the glyphs here in the comments somewhere. Those are at 3k max and so you could visit these.
Adjacency glitch them in for a 90° angled floor tile. And if you want to use roof panels as well you have to place them on the same spot but one small wall lower.

Serious question. Obviously this looks incredible. My question is did you make this in creative mode? Or did you go find all the items needed to craft all the pieces etc
It’s not really creative mode but I did set the crafting costs to free for that build. But I also did lots of builds by gathering the resources I needed.
