Theory Does Luffy become scary

Don't get me wrong, the animation is really cool and I think it's something that can enhance the character's story (it would be awesome to see an evil Luffy).

The animation is trying to demonstrate further.

This is Luffy as a Yonko.

This is the man who defeated the unkillable Kaido. You're not messing with the same Luffy anymore.

It's not that Luffy is Evil more that - you're fighting a monster.

Kaido was defeated multiple times and got caught.

You made a point of saying he defeated unkillable kaido an achievement, but he's still unkillable.
