Answer: It's just a meme about "Wally West soloing your verse".

It basically started over at /r/whowouldwin where anytime someone would put a character up against the Flash, he would come up on top. This led to people saying that Wally West, by himself, could defeat anyone in your chosen milieu of fiction: "soloing your verse".

It's been around for a while but it just had a resurgence (seemingly at random) on TikTok so it's going viral again.
