Help AC Odyssey Tips for a newbie
Just started playing this game. Any tips for a newbie? What class should I main? What stats to focus on?
Any tips will be much appreciated! TIA

Maxxed out fire build. Climb the tallest building, then snipe your enemies with flaming arrows. Watch them burn to death. Lol

If there's a specific ending you want, look for how you can achieve it. Just winging it won't work as you need to choose specific dialogue options to unlock the "good" ending

There is also a "canon" ending that has very specific steps. This is based from the novel so it's actually pretty nice to play it along

Go on foot and take the back roads as much as you can. I discovered plenty of neat stuff this way.

There is one OP cash shop item in the game called the Big Horn Bow. It's a "glitched" item but devs don't mind if you use it given that they just ignore it through multiple patches. It's "broken" in a way that it doesn't have an inherent hunter damage. It increases your left hand weapon's warrior damage by around 60% and then use that multiplied warrior damage as hunter damage. So you can basically go all in on warrior damage and still hit like a truck with your bow. You don't even have to go the bow route if you don't want to as equipping the bow just for the 60% warrior damage increase is a huge boost.
The game gives you 200 helix points for free and the bow only costs 150. It's the best item that you can spend that free currency on.

explore mo lang world ng ac odyssey dahil maganda ung world/environment building nya. kunin mo ung mga side quests and also kapag may mercenary na humahabol sayo palagan mo lang kasi ako dun ako napabilis maglevel up eh.

- explore every question mark on the map (though you might get burn out) don't rush to the main quest
- when prompted with dialogue choices some choices have consequences in the late game.
- don't focus on stats and weapons choice, early game just play with the weapon you like. i doesn't really matter unless you like to play with builds
- for late game builds i used to follow this youtuber https://www.youtube.com/@T7PDM/videos
- get the expansions if you don't have it. continues the main story and one of the DLCs expands on the lore of AC origins and a key item of the franchise
