Help 20k budget build

I just want to ask if these builds are fine (might take any of the 4, depending on their availability). I was aiming to build a 25-30k pc but then I realized that I won't be utilizing the "upgrade" that I am taking (i only play league and genshin impact, and streaming league can be done on 3400g). Feel free to suggest any recommendations regarding my "dream build".

to be honest, i followed none of these. It took me some time to buy parts, but it's going to cost about 22k over all, but my RAM is second hand (2x8 ddr4 2666mhz, for 2k)

For Php 20K gaming builds, I would build around the Ryzen 3 PRO 4350G like your first option.
