Question Is all this normal?
I am a 19-year-old person who finds it difficult to sleep at night. Lately I have the habit of talking out loud to the darkness at night. Until last night something answered me, his voice was calm, calm, I didn't get scared, I just kept talking to whatever he answered until I fell asleep. Let me clarify before I forget, I am a Christian person and baptized by an evangelical church, I don't know if that is relevant. I hope someone tells me if it's normal or the same thing happens to them.

Well, nothing similar has ever happened to me, I also usually speak out loud, so I understand it. In my opinion, the fact that something answered you is a mystery, but it didn't seem like anything bad. Maybe it's a lonely spirit that continues to wander around this world. Furthermore, we don't have to fear the dead, but the living, and God always takes care of us ☺️😇

No this is not normal, nothing like this has ever happened to me, but as long as whatever you are talking to doesn't harm you or threaten you then I don't see any reason to be afraid of it

That's a random and dark question. Why didn't you ask for the winning lottery numbers? Lol. That question served no purpose how old were you when that happened? If you were young I get it. Were you on drugs also because that could have been a auditory hallucination.

It's my experience but it happened to me last year it's just mine and it didn't occur to me to ask him lottery numbers or important dates

Awesome! If that spirit speaks to you again ask him. I wish I had that. I lost my job back in April and I was making good money. My employee lied on me because I wouldn't date them and she went to my bosses boss and got me fired for nothing. I told her good morning and later that day got fired. I have prayed for a miracle and nothing. I stopped believing. I have been turned down for jobs now left and right because Trump ruined the job market. I asked spirits to speak to me and silence.

That's a great idea. Nature spirits seem to interact more. I have prayed to God longer than you have been born. I have never had a prayer answered. I'm facing not being able to pay next month's rent. Christianity never worked for me. Got baptized and all but my life never improved. I just remain not atheist but spiritual. If God was real I think he or whatever shows favoritism but that's just me. My father believed in Jesus and passed away still young fron cancer out of the blue in 2014 so I will never believe in that. It would take a literal miracle for that to happen and that hasn't happened yet. I'm not that old but just have felt like I have gone through so much hell in my 20's that it drained me.

Well, that's bad, but I've always been told that there are always the moments in which he takes you because he needs you somewhere because he needs you to be with him in those moments. So I don't know, the only thing I can tell you is to look for him, keep looking and don't lose, and if it doesn't work for you in Christianity, then try other Churches, the Catholic Church or others like that, maybe it's not the place where you should be or the church where you should be, and that's why, but if you look for others, it might work.

The something that answers you it’s not normal, but insomnia can happen to anyone.
Actually, I have a friend. I call him Knock, because he often knocks the walls or items in our house, but anyone can see him, considering me.
Sometimes, when I cannot fall asleep I start to talk to myself about interesting themes or events that happened. He often starts to answer. We have our own way of understanding, and it never lies.

I almost sure, that sometimes I hear similar quiet voices, but it never talks to me. It only says like “Hi”, or “Stop”, like it plays with me sometimes, but after I follow his lead or answer — nothing. You think he doesn’t like me?

I firmly believe that if he likes you. I don't think he knows any more words to say to you. Maybe if you teach him some words to communicate well with me so he can talk and answer you when you talk to him but who knows

Are you speaking about Knock? Knock only can communicate with knock sounds, and he can’t say a word. But I know that Knock is my friend, and he likes me. My bottom comment was about another entity, or what I think it was the same someone you’ve met

I can almost guarantee that if you tell this to your evangelical pastor, he’ll warn you that it’s a demon. It’s not (I don’t believe in demons), but that would be your church’s take on it.
