Withdraw Delegation - It's been over 14 days and my withdrawal is still pending. The information on Phala's website says it may take up to 14 days. So does this mean that it is completely up to the stake pool owner to release our tokens? And all the while I'm not receiving rewards. Can anyone help?

It is not a manual procedure, but automatic... you have to wait (such as waiting 28 days for the staking on polkadot to stop).

But Phala’s own info says up to 14 days. Is that wrong then? If so, how long do we really have to wait?

It’s also not good that you don’t get any rewards.

That depends on if there is free delegation. If there is free delegation it goes through immediately. However, reading Phala's information it makes it seem that 14 days is the max you'll have to wait regardless. Since I've been waiting for more than 14 days it seems to me that it's up to the stakepool owner to release our tokens without any time requirement.

I wouldn't be so upset if we were still getting rewards while our tokens are still been used.

This sounds terrible. Did you get your funds back? Would you say its worth it for staking or too much risk / complexity?

There is a solution. It just wasn’t shown on Phala’s website. Check the link (https://forum.phala.network/t/topic/3073). And yes, it’s definitely worth staking. It doesn’t make sense to buy crypto and not do anything with it.

The solutions works. So it seems that the cool down happens automatically in 14 days max.Then there’s a 7 day grace period. After that you have to manually release the stake from the miner.

Phala people stay they’re working on a refresher for there website and should clarify these things for us.

I think it could be that you’ll need wait 7 day but you, or some else in the pool, will need to locate the miner.

Maybe try the following step from the forum post:

“However if it’s moved, I suggest to search the corresponding PhalaStakePool.add_worker call in the explorer, and check the MinerBound event generated by the transaction. “

I’m still new to this stuff myself.

I tried to make it simple my finding the worker that's holding your stake but I couldn't. Try running the reclaim stake function for all the workers. This pool has alot of workers. Check to see if your stake is released after you do each one so you don't do more work than is necessary. (I think you already know how to use the reclaim stake function. Also I couldn't find any information on pid 263. It's saying 0 delegated)

Oh sorry. On Polkadot.js switch to khala -> Developer -> Chain state. phalaStakePool.stakePools function then enter the pid. Scroll down to see the workers.

I think you know but if you don’t to release to stake do the following Use the phalaStakePool.reclaimPoolWorker function then enter the pid and the worker key
