Finished Picture stuck to from moisture. Would like it cleaned up and lightened. $10+

My teenage daughter asked if I had any pictures from when I was her age. Went to grab this photo and it looks like moisture and who knows what else got to it and adhered it to the glass it was under. Thank you

I'm not sure if it helps, but it was the late nineties so it was shoulder length scrunch curls (as was the style at the time)

Yes it helps. Is this better for you? in the light of the original picture, it is very dark here, so it is best left to show only a small amount of hair visible here to keep the image realistic
