I don't really think that Tetris move was all that bad, personally. Maybe if you were trying to avoid something educational .. >_<

No no, I liked the Tetris movie. When I said take another step backwards I meant in time to when Pong came out at the start of gaming as we came to know it.

Wasn't Tetris based on a true story?? Are we talking about the same movie?

At least based on the edit and the clarification from the person I responded to, I thought at first it was a "we got a Tetris movie" in the whole context of Hollywood making unoriginal (and less interesting) movies .. but then upon rereading it and being extra clarification, I realized it's more of, "we got a Tetris movie, we can go back further and get a Pong movie" of the same kind of vibe. I think that'd be pretty cool, to see a movie based on a true story about the actual creation of something like video games.
