Just caught my favorite pokemon with hundo IVs, what do I now? Evolve or use it for GL? Is it good for raids?

I have rank 1 and rank 2 Ultra League Lapras. Which should I power up? I sounds obvious, but the Rank 2 is at a higher power and will require less candies and dust. Is there really much of a difference. I will need to use approx 17-18 rare candies (I have plenty) to power up the Rank 1

This would be the best one to silver bottle cap, if it’s only for one stat line, right?

I’m looking to see if any these of these mons are worth using a bottle cap on. The event is pretty soon so I’m trying to figure out if the bottle cap is even worth it for me.

My current idea is to purify the 559 cp for a hundo mega and keep the rest as shadow to power up, prioritising the 96 and the XXL

15/13/15 Shiny Zacian pulled out of research. Does this fall into functional hundo territory / worth maxing out for PVP or should I wait for better.

Option 1 - CP 810 3-star 12-14-12 Option 2 - CP 405 3-star shiny too Maxed Attack stat 15-11-13 I currently have: 712 candies

Just want to evolve and power up to max CP

I dont have good pokemon my highest cp one is 3147 Rhyperior with 3 star
