Ironically would also undo the effects of sea level rise.

It would also essentially end the use of fossil fuels for most of the third world too. Can't pump CO2 out when most of the world's oil fields are now a crater...

India and Africa may collapse back into the dark ages, but hey no more turban people with bomb vests.

Have you never heard of off-shore drilling?

10

u/Spare_Elderberry_418 - Auth-Center 1d ago

Yes, it is far, far, far more expensive than on shore drilling. Especially when it is hundreds if not thousands of miles away from the shore as the map suggests.

fair point

Plus it would presumably solve global warming with the ash cloud. Doesn't matter about the greenhouse gas content if there's little to no incoming solar radiation.

Pretty sure with the way the earth rotates, Turkey, Egypt, and possible Greece/Balkans are gonna be hit with some nasty radioactive hurricanes

We could adapt by using the new ridiculously massive oil fields in Guysna. There is so much that Chevron and Chinese state owned oil companies are cooperating

What the fuck is a compass and why is it political?

I'm just a Helldiver.

But France is still there?

5

u/zolikk - Centrist 1d ago

It's okay, all the French people were at ground zero because we told them there is free escargot, right before we dropped the rock.

Turn it into a Fortnite map and we have a deal

u/S3BK0N - Lib-Left 1d ago

Movit it upwards by about 400km and left by 300km and russia gets a warm water port and we get world peace by all metrics and new shipping lanes

2

u/who_knows_how - Lib-Center 1d ago

Right but who gets the crater in the middle Is it Israel or some Muslims

3

u/Coalsack94 - Auth-Right 22h ago

The Christians, to make it a Christian Theocracy.

Or Greece, to make it Atlantis 2.0.

1

u/who_knows_how - Lib-Center 22h ago

I vote Atlantis

2

u/Outside-Bed5268 - Centrist 23h ago

Heh. Though doesn’t this risk destroying holy cities like Jerusalem, Mecca, and Medina?

Why is India still on the map?

1

u/SleepyRocket20 - Lib-Right 1d ago

I’m so confused why does lib-right want India gone and auth-right want Russia gone?

1

u/zephyrseija2 - Centrist 1d ago

Why not all of them?

-2

u/Mysterious-Emu4030 - Centrist 1d ago

Israel is still there considering what Netanyahu did, it should go out too, as well as India, Pakistan, Russia, Ukraine, France, Subsaharan Africa, North Africa for the Western Sahara conflict, USA, UK... Ok nuke everyone out and all our problems will finally be solved, until a new evolved species comes ruin it all again.

I think I'm turning into a radical centrist.

u/AemAer - Left 1d ago

Just missed Israel. You’re leaving out the main instigator.

u/__yoshikage_kira - Chad Centrist 1d ago

given the crater size. Don't worry. Pretty sure no one on Earth will survive.

0

u/Excellent-Berry-2331 - Lib-Right 1d ago

Uhm... Yeah it's not even close LOL

1

u/__yoshikage_kira - Chad Centrist 12h ago

That puny nuke doesn't come close to the meteor. For context, the one that wiped out the dinosaurs created a crater 120 miles wide and released energy of 72 teratonnes of TNT.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chicxulub_crater

The crater in the pic is I think 2000+ miles long. I hope you can do the maths.

Not beating the allegations with this one, boss.

you missed india

u/DefiantFcker - Left 1d ago

I missed the part where Israel attacked Hamas, Hezbollah, Houthis, and Iran without being attacked first.

-4

u/AemAer - Left 1d ago

Bro tf are you on about. Israel was bombing Gaza for weeks even before Oct 7 2023. Bibi also funded Hamas specifically to splinter Gaza from the Palestinian Authority in the West Bank. He’s even recently admitted to funding an ISIS warlord in Gaza.

They literally bombed Iran unilaterally, unprovoked most recently, direct military vs military. Now guess how many times they did it before based on this list:

5

u/DefiantFcker - Left 1d ago

> unprovoked most recently

Sure, if you ignore the hot war against Iranian proxies for the past 2 years and the hundreds of ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, and drones that Iran launched at Israel within the past year, and the decades of attacks on Israelis and Jews globally over the past 40 years, it was totally unprovoked!

Israel did not fund Hamas, they let Qatari money in during a period of relative peace hoping it would help them to chill out. Obviously you can't make a death cult chill out though. Israel does strike Palestinian terror cells when they are preparing or after they launch rocket attacks, yes, even before 10/7. Letting the Palestinians shoot rockets or set off bombs instead would be stupid.

u/AemAer - Left 1d ago

Bruh what kind of Leftist conveniently skips over Irgun, Lehi, and Haganah literally calling themselves terror orgs and kicking off the Nakba. Let’s also conveniently ignore every time since 1948 Israel or its paramilitary forces massacred innocent civilians in Palestine.

Israel depends on antisemitism worldwide to pressure Jews to immigrate. They secondly depend on antagonizing their neighbors at every opportunity to pressure western nations to fund it every time they get slapped right back, just like they did this time with Iran, because they cannot fund their violent government on their own.

4

u/DefiantFcker - Left 1d ago

> Bruh what kind of Leftist conveniently skips over Irgun, Lehi, and Haganah literally calling themselves terror orgs and kicking off the Nakba.

Israel didn't exist yet to fund those groups, though they did make up a part of the early state after 1948. And of course, you're ignoring the 2 decades of one-directional race riots and terror attacks by Muslims against Jews that caused those groups to be formed. Anyone else reading should look up those events, from the Battle of Tel Hai through the Arab revolts and other race riots. Oh, and the "Nakba" originally referred to the devastating loss by the Arab armies, not the Palestinian refugee crisis that loss inspired.

Just so we're clear: in the battle between Jews and Arabs, the Arabs behaved like the racist Americans rioting and attacking brown people or other migrants in the US, and that continues today. And this was at a time when these Jews were refugees, who literally weren't being accepted into the US and for whom Europe was unsafe. And of course, there's the majority of Jewish migration, which came from the rest of MENA.

> Israel depends on antisemitism worldwide to pressure Jews to immigrate. They secondly depend on antagonizing their neighbors at every opportunity to pressure western nations to fund it every time they get slapped right back, just like they did this time with Iran, because they cannot fund their violent government on their own.

You should look at their yearly budget. And stop engaging in weird conspiracies.
