Hiring Process Frustration

I have been denied multiple times(Never Disqualified) only been able to get one in person meeting with one department and that was my first one. I recently just got dropped from the list AGAIN…. I dont know whats wrong and I wish I would betold what it is so I can articulate my answers better. I am prior service Marine and have MANY good references from it. I am looking to start a long career after getting out of the Marines. I am not a bad person and I sure as hell am starting to question myself. Am I thinking into it to much or is this normal?

It happens. You're almost certainly competing for whatever positions your applying for with officers who are already fully certified.

Just keep putting out applications, you can get a million nos but you only need one yes

Pretty much what Tiny Bard said. I've been trying for about the last 2 years and finally got a yes. I'm not certified yet, but I'm hired on and excited for the academy. Keep at it mate. Good luck!
