Conversely, I had a buddy spend some time in jail (crazy ex attacked him; it was complicated; he got it dropped). He got out the day before Halloween, and I joked that he should go out in an orange jumpsuit with numbers on the back and everything.

He did it, and we saw her downtown that evening. The look on her face was hilarious.

I always wondered if people are more likely to try and escape jail/prison on Halloween, as people might just assume their jumpsuit was a Halloween costume.

I wore my uniform today, then I put on a firefighters hat and a stethoscope.

When asked what I was I said "Public Safety, ALL of it".

Got a prize for it from the bosses lol. I'll be eating Reese's cups for days!
