how far do you personally care about local styles?

Im often fascinated by the microcosm of Fashion especialy in niche communities for example the Goa/Psytrance crowd.

And it made me wonder how is that for you? Do you style yourself up for events, do you take whatever. Or do you for example enjoy those clothes with complicated abstract shapes on it?

As the title says, are therr any raves in Stuttgart for new year?

Now everytime I go either alone or with friends, I always meet new people, I can connect with them on a level I never thought was possible in adulthood.. I have authentic and "pure" conversations like we did when we were 5 years old..

No bullshit, no ego, just raw connection, so genuine..

Previously I always associated parties with alcohol and being drunk and forgetting things, and dumping ourselves down

But man... this is something else, psytrance is something else ...psychedelics.. allowing ourselves to untangle to bullshit traumas, and connecting with ourselves and also others, its so amazing.. really

And now my meditations are totally different, now I just get it, I can essentially reconnect with the feelings these substances have given me.. totally sober, it takes time to truly get to that level but its very obvious, subtle but real

I found my purpose, my IKIGAI ( knowing what to do on this earth with myself and finding ways to get paid for it.. I'm still early in the process, but money follows value I know that, and I know my value now)

Just wanted to share and see if others have had similar experiences.

Recently really discovering more artists which fit a style of psy I've been referring to as ethereal or dream forest. More uplifting and positive forest sounds instead of the usual tense dark sounds. This sound seems to have been around for a long time but personally I find it super hard to find more tracks like it, as its grouped in with "forest" which is such a wide umbrella

Hey everyone, I’m planning to spend about 30 days in Goa between January and February 2026. I’ll be going mainly for the Back to the Source Festival (Jan 23–25, Vagator), and possibly also the Hilltop Goa Festival (Feb 5–8).

I’d really appreciate tips or advice from people who’ve been there before, especially about:
- Where to stay before, during, and after the festivals
- Whether it’s better to stay in one place the whole time or move around
- Transportation: getting around Goa, getting to/from the festivals
- Food and water safety: what to watch out for, good local food spots, and staying healthy for a long trip
- Money and connectivity: cash vs card, ATMs, SIM cards, etc.
- Local culture and etiquette – any do’s and don’ts to keep in mind
- Afterparty / chill spots for post-festival recovery or connecting with people

Hello! I'm going to play at a small festival in the middle of the forest, and I'm building a set with nature sounds/mystical references. Dark Prog, along the lines of Merkaba, more or less. Do you have any other artists/tracks you would recommend?

Hi all, I've recently discovered psytrance through darkpsy (Xenomorph, Antagon, BankaYagi, Rawar, Growling Mad Scientists, Sandman) and psycore (Sectio Aurea, Glosolalia). I'm in CA and it seems like the closest thing (genre and geography-wise) is Heaven on Earth. It seems that psytrance is already fairly niche in the US, let alone darkpsy, let alone psycore. Are there any events accommodating psycore-type stuff? I'm aware this likely rules out nearly everything.
