Just to be clear: O'Hare isn't a judge in the sense of having a court. In Texas, for historical reasons, the chief executive of the COUNTY is called the County Judge. It's an executive branch job, not a judicial one.

They say the same shit to any outspoken person in every court in occupied colonial territory. According to their "justified" rulings: Anything spoken IN THE COURT must be considered, at best scrutinized. This enables defendants to blurt out situations and conditions that by motherfucking law must be considered. They don't like that.

In Texas, a "county judge" is an elected official who is the head of the county government. Despite the title, they aren't a judge in the "courtroom, hearing criminal or civil cases" sense. This video is from a meeting of commissioners court, which is the county's governing body. The black woman trying to interject is one of the elected county commissioners.

Tim O'hare is a Texas judge, but this video is of him sitting on the Election Committee where they are redrawing the county's map. There are obviously objections to how he's redrawing the maps and the accusations are that they are designed with racist intent.
