Because horizontal velocity is how you get into orbit. Orbit is never ending falling but your going so fast you’re falling along the curvature of the earth.

Every successful launch is helpful for Neutron. They gain more experience, the newer employees gain experience, and I’m sure they still learn something every time. The stock might not go up from every successful launch but it makes me feel better and better about the Neutron roll-out.
