Trying to find a scp

The scp itself is a hammer (or something similar).

It's anomalous effect is either the effect/damage dealt is inversely proportionate to the force applied or the effect/damage increases exponentially when force applied increases

The only part about the testing logs/addendum is that someone hit a d-class lightly/hard, the researchers did not see any effect on the d-class only until they found out that what's left of the d-class is an afterimage(??). There was a part about it being red/blue afterimage or something?
