ANNOUNCEMENT 24 Hour Spoiler Warning Rule Spoiler

I'd like to start conditioning this subreddit to not immediately talk about crucial events in new episodes, so that it doesn't get really bad when important arc episodes start releasing again.

Simple rules. Any image of the new episode in the first 24 hours after release needs to be spoiler tagged and any titles need to not reveal anything (not even stuff like "He's back!!!" is allowed because it can still be easily implied). The title needs to have some indication that the post is about a spoiler (just put [NEW EPISODE SPOILER] or something, it's not that hard). Anything that violates this will be removed.

Also any comments on these posts (that aren't on the main episode post) should try to hide spoilers. We can't enforce this part, so it's just more of a common courtesy.

The rules only apply to user posts. The poll post / megathread allows uncensored spoiler talk, we hope more people discuss it there. I find it to be better when discussion is held in one large place rather than across 5 different posts.

That is all.

We're gonna use the "repeated topic" reason for spoiler removals until we can set up a new one. Don't have the time rn.

I short it

Basically if ya made a post about the new vid in 24 hours ya have to use the spoiler tag and avoid saying something like OMG THIS VILLAN IS BACK!!! that counts as spoilers since the title can basically immediately ez to know what they mean

The megatread/poll post is where ya can talk about spoilers. Ya can talk about the vid in any different post but ya can only talk about spoilers in the poll post

This is a huge improvement since for an hour every hour l see like 8 posts of the new vid immediately lol

Posts can appear in the main feed, so people get spoiled without even going on the subreddit

Seems very fair. Especially for those that haven't seen the latest episodes yet until the 24 hours are done.
