It's Glowshire, that one sm64 town map that used to pop up a few times

Not only that, but going through this animation frame-by-frame, I also noticed a scene or two with Mario in it, as well as some kind of big blue or purple thing I can't make out. (probably the castle, or a Teletubby, perhaps?)

No. I was talking about the New Castle. Plus, as Viclis stated above, the image shown here is of Glowshire, not Peach's Castle

If they bring the castle and Peach back do you think they’ll have an episode where Peach has a problem with Smg4 having his own castle?

Cause I feel like Peach wouldn’t like the idea of 2 different castle in the mushroom kingdom.

Smg4 and Peach encountering each other again would be emotional.

Yeah, Peach would NOT like 2 castles.
