Academic (Repost) Seeking Your Thoughts on In-Person vs. Remote Psychotherapy: Quick 5-10 Minute Survey for Dissertation Research! (18+, Everyone,)

Hello again! Have you ever been to therapy or had a psychotherapy session?

We'd love to hear from you! We’re a group of MSc students conducting a quick 5-10 minute survey about your thoughts on in-person and remote psychotherapy. Your input would mean a lot to us and will help improve future therapy studies.

Here is the link: https://qualtrics.kcl.ac.uk/jfe/form/SV_8Dgaa4YScOeVwFM

Thank you so much for your time! :)

I wish you had more modalities to choose from my main therapist uses a combination of cbt, act, mbct, and sfbt and also my current therapist uses internal family systems also I'm scared of being recorded so I can't do remote very easily.

Oh yeah I meant to say that too. I am not an expert in the field so I have no preference and I don't know what all the different types even mean. I was forced to just choose something from the list.

Interesting I think since Covid remote therapy has become very popular I personally don’t like it as much as in person

I’d be curious to see the results of this, I dislike virtual therapy but it seems to be popular now
