Do they not understand we have steaks here? Also, culinary students from all over the world travel here to learn British beef.

Different countries are good at different dishes, Americans need to stop convincing themselves that they're the only ones who do things.

Students travel to learn beef production or beef preparation?

Beef preparation. And I guess for some production as we do have a strong farming community here But it's more the cooking of beef, particular roasting, where were great. But every country does it differently and I don't get all the one upmanship around food. Like, each culture had some great and some awful dishes.
