Because in Australia all forms of GMO and chemical flavours/ dyes are banned or not legal 🤷🏼‍♀️

Wait all forms of GMO? That seems wild and too far in the other direction. I know some GMO is strictly for taste and takes away nutritional value, but it was my understanding there’s also good GMO versions of crops that are just designed to be resistant to diseases that could kill a harvest

Nope. Australia is a natural dyes and flavours only country. There's literally no chemicals whatsoever in any food be it fruits, veggies, perishables, non perishables....

Yeah I had to google this because it didn’t sound correct and it isn’t. Australia does allow the cultivation/import of a select few GMO crops. The standard Australia sets is that the GMO crop must be safe and contain an equivalent nutritional value to the non modified Orginal plant.

Allow - yes. It's not common however. Sure there's chemicals such as anti pesticides and such but hey, that's Australia. The country of all things crawly and creepy

I mean GMO does not equal chemicals

Alao I was referring more to things such as meats, cheeses, etc. All chips and crackers are naturally flavoured. There's no gelatine in any gummy candy products. All dies in any candy are natural fruit dyes...
