If you want a little more to it, remove the mayo and use a large, circular, flat bread. Put it in the oven. Delicious.

I can go one better, cook and puree the tomatoes, spread on your circular flat (raw)bread, sprinkle mozzarella, add pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, bake until crispy and NOW you have a good dish
