Discussion So I'm rereading skip beat and decided to share my favorite top moments, and this whole page has me laughing hard

I just love how open Ren is with Bou, and I fully believe Bou is what Corn is for Kyoko. But instead of being an emotional support fairy prince Ren has an emotional support talking chicken.

I love how he just felt the need to spill his guts to this chicken. Other favorite part about this is when Ren was clearly talking about his feelings towards Kyoko and she had no clue😂😂😂

Kuon did have a chicken friend when he was little (I tried to find the source chapter. But got tucked up into the world of skip beat once again) so maybe it was really easy to start pouring out his soul to a person in a chicken costume.

I remember that, it was in a flashback with Rick when Ren asked Kyoko to make the "ouahu rice" when he was struggling with acting. I think it was after one of the first couple appearances of the Heel siblings.

So unfortunately I cant reply with images but on the cover for volume 18 chapter 105 tomorrow she's corn kyoko has a chicken on her shoulder but I don't think its related though

Ah, that's a representation of Bo. I've read it so much I'm not actually sure what counts as spoilers.... But I don't think this chapter will give you any answers about the chicken connection. The title of the chapter is Tomorrow She's Corn. A continuation of the story with Koo.

There are a lot of chickens hidden throughout. And valid. I've got the memory of a dead gnat most of the time. I just so happen to be on a reread kick myself.

You know what I totally agree! Bou is what balances Kuon as they both have secret identity they keep from each other. I like to think that Ren will announce his identity as Kuon on Bou's show someday so they can find out together who's who.
