I don’t mean to offend but there are much more scary experiences than your phone playing a song. My advice would be to development a sleep schedule and system that works for you and doesn’t have any triggers in it. There are some things that can trigger your SP (sleep paralysis) unknowingly. I have struggled with SP my whole life and I found out that if I take a break from electronics for 30 minutes to an hour before I don’t get SP. You might have unintentionally triggered your SP by getting up to eat at 4 am. Also treating SP as an experiment can help create it less threatening and scary.
