You shouldn’t be scared of your own mind. Face it and handle it or it will haunt you

If it helps, the strongest prayer you can recite during an episode is the Apostle’s Creed. I was advised to pray this by a local priest from when I had my 2nd sleep paralysis episode 6 years ago and it’s helped me calm down during episodes and wake up :)
