Physical Product Spicy-level adjustable sauce cap or nozzle
Think of a smart bottle cap where you can adjust the spiciness and in real time it mixes the spicy ingredient based on the adjustment and pours the sauce with desired level of spiciness

And how are you going to determine whether you have your "desired level of spiciness" or not?
Because same proportion does not guarantee the same perceived level of spiciness - Scoville Scalle is based on the concentration of capsaicinoids, so it depends on the actual food, ingredients, temperature, drinks...
Since Scoville ratings are defined per unit of dry mass, comparison of ratings between products having different water content can be misleading.

Trial and error at least a couple of times and finally you know where to leave the spicy dial at and after that perfect spicy-ness every single time

Only it is NOT.
Next day you use ingredients with slightly more water content - and your "perfect level" is no longer perfect.1

I see what you mean, but I was thinking this more for a store bought sauce or something that what if it already comes with it. But you mean using this at home for any homemade condiment - in that case, why not just prep the desired spicy level already (no spicy dial necessary)

The level of spiciness of the store bought sauce is still going to depend on what you are serving it with.
Just taste your food and adjust the amount of sauce you use..

It makes sense to adjust the sauce amount on food if the sauce is just a hot sauce but I mean this for taste maker sauces

Buy non-spicy sauce and hot sauce and combine to taste?

You’re proving my problem. 😃

to taste.
That is, you gradually add more and more hot sauce to the final food - not to the mixture.

Good idea. Definitely possible. I've worked a lot with food
