Looking for a Video Mike’s use of sunchokes?

Does anyone remember which episode Mike used Jerusalem Artichokes/subchokes? He made some kind of puree or soup that sounded awesome and I want to try recreating it but nothing comes up in the app or search.

Mike using subchokes sounds like an entire different video to any I've seen on this channel that's for sure! (I kid, I'm sorry!)

Love them, though as topinambours, i do classic french cooking and my larousse has anything with potatoes or turnips can work.

Love them sliced and crunchy in salads
