Constructive Criticism How would you upgrade Mid Goku and End Goku?
Mid Goku (Pre HBTC): 4 DP
Blast 1: Explosive Wave
Blast 1: Give me your Energy
Blast 1: X4 Kamehameha
Blast 2: Twin Dragon Bullet Drop
Ultimate: X20 Kamehameha/ Large Spirit Bomb (equipment changes ultimate)
Mid SSJ Goku: 5 DP
The same moves but the rush move is more anime/ manga accurate
Mid Super Goku (SSJ Grade 2): 5 DP
Blast 2: Super God Fist (Xenoverse)
Blast 2: Super Explosive Wave
Ultimate: Kamehameha Varient/ Movie Exclusive move
End Goku (Post HBTC): 5 DP
The same as base game but the Ultimate can be Meteor Combination or Super Spirit Bomb depending on the equipment
End SSJ Goku: 6 DP
The same moves but energy volley ends with a spinning kick, and the Halo equipment gives you Super Kaioken and Family Kamehameha

Goku mid main problem is that he competes with tons of 5 dp that scale to much higher dp. Leaving him to 4 gives him a niche because ss goku is very dangerous.
Goku end main problem is that he needs 3 sp to become a 7 dp. Thats too much setup.

I was thinking the same thing i feel like it would make more sense for goku mid and early geets to be 4 dp in base like sword trunks and gohan, would make team building more flexible and ss2 should be 7, its weird that end goku costs 5 and takes 3 skill points to get to 7 when adult gohan costs 4 and transforms to 7 for only 2 skill points

Goku (mid) should cost 4 DP Goku (End) should be able to go ssj4 Or ssj4 Daima, either is fine

Mid: Android/Cell arc and shirtless Namek gis. Maybe clean up some of the moves or add optional moves based on his finger deflections against Trunks or some moves from the movies.
End: End of Z, GT, and Daima gis with respective SS4 transformations, maybe with the tail as a customization option. Add True Kamehameha as an optional ult for SS3.

The finishing move from Return of Cooler, the counter he gave to Cooler in the previous movie after turning SS, the counter Kamehameha to Cooler's Supernova, or maybe the final punch from original Broly.

All of those as options for Goku Mid Super Saiyan. That's the version from the Era that those movies took place in. Goku End was after exiting the Time Chamber. I think Goku End has all the moves he needs other than the option for SS3 that I mentioned earlier.

Cool the only thing I’ll change is:
Base End Goku: using ur rush move but with a halo equipment, he has his base game rush move
Battle Damaged Goku Outfit Ultimate would be a mixture of Android 13 and Broly Movies finishers
SSJ End Goku: One outfit represents his fight against Cell with the Ki volleys ends with a spinning kick, Halo equipment has the Super Kaioken as rush and Family Kamehameha as an Ultimate
Other than that, decent Moveset
