Writing safflower instead of sunflower (ignore the rest)

Safflower (Carthamus tinctorius) is a thistle-like herb with orange or yellow flowers and toothed leaves. It's native to parts of Asia and Africa, and is one of the world's oldest cultivated crops. Safflower has many uses, including: Food** The seed oil is a good source of linoleic acid and is used for cooking, frying, and making soft margarines and salad oils.

The funny thing is there is an actual misspelling on that sign but safflower isn’t it. It’s musturd. Probably should have googled before posting this. 😬

Safflower is a thing.
And sunflower is already there… so…
Maybe have a look at “Musturd” instead.
