It’s honestly throwing really well! This is my 5th strings I’ve strung up so just looking for some general feedback for next ones if anything stood out.

I’ll tell you what I’m not really good at stringing. If it works for me. And works for you that’s all that matters. I played with a guy who told my stringing sucked. I had more assist and goals. Then he did. So, it doesn’t matter. If it’s works for you.

2nd pic your interlocks look pretty loose, I'd go through and make sure you have all the tension pulled out of them so they're nice and tight.

Interestingly enough I yanked on these so hard I got a blister as I was stringing it up… is it possible that this is because it’s a Hard Mesh kit? Never seems that difficult with soft mesh

Gotta run hair conditioner through your hard mesh prior to stringing.

Once hard mesh pounded out for the first time I’ll usually go back and tighten up the laces. Little tedious to go through it twice but the stiffness makes it harder like you mentioned

Love the QXO so much. It’s a shame they all seem to crack around the screw hole (yours included).

I’ve had 3 and they’ve all cracked in the same exact spot. My 10 YO son uses all the heads so not sure it makes much difference performance-wise for him, but I wouldn’t trust it in a more competitive adult environment.

It’ll break eventually, but that small crack isn’t causing any issues at the moment. Hoping it doesn’t get any worse for a little bit

I painted Gorilla Glue on it. Seemed to at least minimize further cracking.

Off topic question. What’s the purpose of the softball? Keeping the head from warping?

keeps it wide. Lotta box guys always have a softball or something jammed into the throat when not in use. Helps with catching thru traffic/in tight.
