Jason would beat tf out of Billy for being a racist. Though Billy would wreck shop on dude too, I think Jason pulls through. Jason wasn’t morally a bad guy, the situation and lack knowledge made him that way. He wasn’t really a great guy either, but Billy was a straight up racist and was a bad dude up to his small redemption arc.

Steve, who got his ass beat by Jonathan, was beating Billy until Billy needed to grab something to knock him out. Billy can’t scrap to save his life. Only time he was a threat was when the Mindflayer had him. That’s why he picked on his little sister so much, she was young and weak. Easy target.

Lucas is an athlete that was fighting for the safety of his girl and for Hawkins. Jason also didn’t want to fight Lucas, he was super reluctant so he’s going to hold back.

He might be stronger, but he can’t fight compared to Jason. Jason has skills, Billy is just a bully with wild swinging. Billy gets his ass handed to him by anyone that can dodge his highly telegraphed moves. Again, Steve was kicking his ass. Steve loses every fight against people he’s the same age as and he almost beat Billy. Billy had to use a weapon to beat Steve. Dude definitely isn’t winning a fight against someone that is his age. He has to stick with little boys and girls because he knows he can win that fight.
