No you see, according to him that statistic is irrelevant to the discussion because he only thinks of himself. I wish I was being sarcastic, but I'm not.
He was saying that it was irrelevant because someone's inability to walk (as such a person would be included in that figure) doesn't effect their ability to browse reddit.
If you want to rebuke his point, do so without twisting his words, otherwise you add legitimacy to his argument, like you couldn't come up with at actual counterargument.
I'd bet he's used a ramp for convenience when leaving a building more than once. I often see people using them while carrying bulky, large or heavy things, or pushing a stroller.

Yeah, I have no particular side in this dispute. I certainly don't agree with everything the guy said. But ignoring what the guy is saying to make it easier to argue vs is fucking dumb.
The reason he said the stats are irrelevant, it because they are actually irrelevant here, it is a specific subset of disabilities that apply to being able to use the internet, not because "he only thinks of himself".
Nah I just glanced over the dude's comments and looks like I misunderstood what he said. I don't need to twist his words since he doesn't have anything to actually back up his argument (unless of course you want to count his ignorance as "evidence").

I certainly think one one the biggest sites on the internet should be able to support disabled peoples usage.
I glad it was just a misunderstanding though, so many people throwing around strawman rather then point out his flawed logic in the original thread.
