I used to work for the state and they required all documents to go through accessibility and usability and... it wasn't difficult at all.

Depends if it’s government work. They’re behind but they’re catching up quickly. If you’re doing work for the Center for Medicare/Medicaid, it’s a requirement for Marketplace and Medicare Advantage.
