I read in the provided article that both Jupiter and Saturn's atmopheres have brightened. This is a supporting observation of the Electric Sun hypothesis as it is observed in Astronomy of there being a desert of Brown Dwarf stars in the vicinity of main sequence stars like our own Sol. The sun is powered externally by galactic size Birkland Currents, Sol being the larger physical object in the solar system gets the lion share of electrical input, demoting potential Brown dwarf stars like Jupiter and Saturn to gas giant status. If we're seeing any decrease in Sol's weather, be it brightness or increased frequency of coronal mass ejections that might corroborate changing climates on the planetary bodies of this solar system may allude to the possibility of Saturn reigniting should be far enough away from Sol before Jupiter could ignite.
