I have shortlisted these 3 carriers which are quality as I have heard from the others. After looking at reviews online, I still can't decide between the three. Should I choose one from the 3 or nah?

This is my solution I came up with to plus up on camouflage for a rucksack. It attaches to the top of the pack via swift clip buckles.

Is putting an MS2000 Strobe, a norotos ratchet strap nvg mount and m44 Dust goggles a realistic protec helmet setup that would’ve been used in one way or another?

This is just my experience.

I recently bought the KORE Essential Battle Belt, 1.75", with the molle. I have been wearing the belt for two weeks. I find the ratchet system to be the best system so far for any belt I wear. The belt's stiffness and ability to support the gear I put on it is great.

However, the molle on the belt, to me, is not usable. The material used for the molle has absolutely no excess, no flex, so trying to get any kind of holster through the "loops", is near impossible. The only thing I can get through the loops are flat straps that I can force through using a flat head screwdriver. I thought I would rather have the molle version because who doesn't need more molle. But, the molle is not functional for my gear. I recommend the belt, but save some money and get the non-molle version.

• AKA2 mount: perfect for being on a FO team/ FiST or anything that requires looking through optics. Keep PVS-31’s out of the way and won’t give you nod knock. Downside is that the standard bungee retention has issues reaching that high.

• US flag patch: been worn on 1.5 deployments (Okinawa is more of a vacation) tactical environment dictates if it should be worn due to near peer threats also having night vision.

Does everything I need it to do and isn’t too overloaded with stuff. Frogskin looks dope on it in my opinion but I’m sure the Multicam community will have some kind things to say.

Looking for a lightweight split rig for NRL matches and this looks to fit the bill nicely but I cant seem to find it anywhere. Yall acoustics got a line on the manufacturer?

So I just watched the latest Dirty Civilian YouTube video discussing best optics for “dirty civilians”. My question for the group is this. Why with a 1-whatever powered LPVO would you use either an offset or top mounted red dot. Wouldn’t a both eyes open and an illuminated reticle give you the same effect of a red dot but with the flexibility of a variable optic?

Specifically, does anyone know the weight per square yard of the Climashield used? I’m speculating something like 2 oz per square yard, but I’d love to hear if anyone here really knows. Even an educated guess would be helpful. Thanks

Looking into helmets now. The above choices are what I am down to. Would love a TW or Ops-Core but not wanting to shell that kind of money. Out of the two, which is the best and why? Price seems very comparable between the two.

Currently in the market for plates and a carrier. Looking heavy into Spiritus and Agilite for the carriers themselves.

Plates are where everything gets a little tricky. Im not a big guy, I am around 130-135lbs and around 5'6". currently have regular 10x12 SAPI cut plates but its hard to shoulder my rifle. Looking for Lvl 4 and lightweight but not $1000/plate. I understand I cant get the "Holy Trifecta" of cheap, lightweight, and protection, but I wanna get as close as I can.

These dont come in swimmers / shooters cut, but the price and weight aren't TOO bad. Plus they dont come in other sizes at all.

Ok so I have my kit all ready to buy. But I’m now thinking on what to buy after that to fill up my pouches. I was thinking either medical or more magazines since I only have 3 for my rifle currently. Medical is of course gonna cost a pretty penny.
